Engineers Without Borders-USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the completion of needed and sustainable engineering projects in third world or developing countries. The UT Chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB-UTOL) has concerned itself with helping out aldeas (villages) in the Municipality of Orocuina. In June 2009 we completed our first project, a potable water system for the community of Los Sanchez. As of March 2010 we are looking forward to completing smaller projects in Los Sanchez as well as another water system for the larger community of La Barranca.
